Dance Party

The Dance Party Package includes a short lesson, personalized dance routine, and fun dance games in the dance style of your choice! Music requests available at time of booking.

Popstar Party

The Popstar Party Package includes a popstar makeover with hair styling, simple vinyl nail design, and karaoke performance!

Creative Kids Party

The Creative Kids Party Package includes games and a fun multimedia craft activity in the media of your choice.

We provide:

Use of full studio facility during party booking, including both full sized studio rooms.
Ultimate fun and exciting supervised dance experience, filled with great music and games

Table cloths, streamers, light wall decoration for your chosen theme
Setup, cleanup and breakdown

You provide:

Presents/treat bags (please note we are a nut free facility, no food containing nuts is to be open in the studio)
Parents are responsible for the supervision of the children during present and meal time.

What could be better than a party that involves music, movement, fun and dancing? Your child will get a chance to share a dance lesson with all their friends and have lots of fun playing games and dressing up.

Our birthday parties and private events are 2 hours long. Just choose your party theme from our list of fun-filled choices to suit your birthday plans.

*Studio is available limited number of hours per week. Reserve your party in advance.

Cancellations
50% refund is given if cancellation notification received 48 hours before the event.
No refund is given if cancellation notification is received less than 48 hours before the event.

If due to a snow storm on the date of the scheduled Birthday Party Dance Stars Academy is closed, we will return your deposit or reschedule your party for a later date.
Party is 2 hours long. First half will be supervised dance activities. Second half – presents, pictures and meal as desired.
Allotted time excludes set-up, tear down and clean-up.
Parties are conducted at our Stratford studio at 13 Glen Stewart Drive, Stratford, PE C1B 2A.
$225 + hst

Reservations
Reservations must be made at least one week prior to the event.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to hold your party reservation.
Maximum number of participants is 8 for 3-5yrs, and 10 for 6yrs and up.
If number of participants exceed stated maximum, a second Party Host will be present. An additional $50 charge will be added.
Party is 2 hours long. First half will be supervised dance activities. Second half – presents, pictures and meal as desired.

Party Rules, Attire and Safety
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to party start time. Please advise your guests of this also.
A parent of the Birthday person under 8 years old is required to remain at the facility at all times.
Participants under 3 yrs old must be accompanied by an adult participant at all times.
All participants should bring non-marking indoor running or dance shoes.
We recommend all participants to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Wear costumes, dresses or comfortable clothing appropriate for party theme of your choice.
Dance Stars Academy is a nut free facility. In the interest of public health, please refrain from bringing in any nut products.
